Provide for all cold potentially hazardous foods to be held at 41°F or below at all times except during necessary periods of preparation. 750.120 Immediate/Onsite
*41  Observed the following chemical to be improperly stored: Sanitizer bucket was stored by the bread. 2. Purple detergent stored by bowls in dish washing area. Observed no thermometer to be available in the following units. 1. There is no visible thermometer for the spicey chicken cooler. No visible thermometer for the McCall freezer. Provide for an accurate, conspicuous thermometer, that is accurate within +/- 3°F, to be available in all units holding potentially hazardous foods. 750.140 Immediate/Onsite
Observed the following food products to be improperly stored. Bread was torn open and stored by the sanitizer. Sugar under cash register bag was open. Raw hamburger box kept by hamburger buns. Containers of ice cream on the floor in the walk-in freezer. Keep all food covered. Provide for all food products in storage to have proper covers or overhead protection. 750.120 Provide for all food products to be stored at least six inches off of the floor. 750.130 Immediate/Onsite
10  Observed the following utensil(s) to be improperly stored. Ice scoop handles found in ice at both soda fountains. 2. Ice scoop handle found in ice at back ice machine. Provide for all utensils to be stored in one of the following manners: 1) Clean and dry 2) In the food product with the handle up and out of the food product 3) In a dipper well, using potable water 4) Malt collars and frozen dessert utensils either clean and dry or ina dipper well.750.280 Immediate/Onsite
21  Observed the following wiping cloth(s) to be improperly stored: Soiled wiping cloths wer stored by bread. Provide for all wiping cloths to be stored completely submerged in an approved sanitizer solution while not being used. 750.810 Immediate/Onsite
22  Observed the following food contact surfaces to be unclean. Clean bottom of McCall freezer on prep line. 2. Soiled knife stored by condiment station. 3. 23  Observed the following contact surfaces to be unclean. 1. Top of toaster has food debris on it. 2.There is a lot of grease & food debris in fryers. 3. There is food debris at bottom door on seal gasket. 4. There is dust built up on the McCall freezer.5. There is food debris on shelves where plates are stored under condiment station. 6. Ice built up in back ice cream freezer. 7. Interior of shake machine has old milk debris on it. 8. Bottom of glass cooler has chocolate chips and candy debris on it. 9. Top of dishwasher has debris on it. 10. Fan gards have dust and debris on them. Clean and maintain. 750.800 Immediate/Onsite
25  Observed the following single service articles to be improperly stored: 1. A box of cups were stored on the floor in the back dry storage area. Provide for all single service articles to be stored at least six inches off of the floor in closed covered containers which protect them from contamination. 750.880 Immediate/Onsite
29  Observed the following plumbing to be improperly installed or maintained: There is a leak from condenser pipe in the walk-in freezer. Remove ice from pipe and repair leaks. 2. Floor drain under dishwasher has old food debris in it. Clean, maintain and repair. 750.1060 Immediate/Onsite
32  Observed no soap and/or paper towels at the following handsink. There was no paper towel dispenser at the front hand sink. Provide for all handsinks to have supply of soap and paper towels to assure that proper handwashing occurs Immediate/Onsite
